Terms and conditions for a warranty
-Furniture that is made on special request (eg change of dimensions) are not refundable or exchangeable.

-Warranty period is 12 months from the date of the purchase.

-Receiving your warranty card when buying furniture is equivalent to agreeing for quantitative or qualitative of the item and no external defects or deficiencies to be seen.

-The color sample can be different depending on your monitor settings, printed leaflets,and the angle of natural and artificial light.

-Reclamation can be done by sending an email to kapi@kapi.me.uk or contacting us at the address below .

-The condition to make a complaint is to demonstrate the warranty card.

-Warranty card is not valid without the date of the transaction and the signature of the seller.

-A claim will be settled within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification to the manufacturer. If it is necessary to prohibit furniture factory in order to remove a defect in repair time may be extended to 28 days.

-Delay in settling does not occur if the guarantor representative reported to the buyer to remove the complaint and the actions of those not able to make the fault of the buyer.

-The primary way of dealing with a complaint is to restore the product repair to get its utility and aesthetic value. The next way is replacement of the product or return the money.

-Repairs can be carried out directly at the buyer, if you do not require removal of defects in production.

-The guarantor has no responsibility for replacing the repaired furniture with the new one for the period when the faulty furniture is repaired.

-Furniture can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase to the address listed below.

-Order can be cancel if product is no longer available, the customer will be informed.

-This warranty card is valid only with a proof of purchase like a receipt or an invoice, and only in the UK.

-If there is no proof of purchase warranty card loses its validity.

-Warranty card must be completed on the date of furniture purchase.⦁-Warranty on sold furniture does not exclude, limit or suspend the right of the buyer arising from the non-conformity.
Manufacturer's warranty does not cover
-In furniture sold as assembled, defect and lack of quantitative furniture and accessories shown on the purchase.

-Damage resulting from improper or careless as a result of the transport, handling and installation of furniture, as well as after-sales resulting from the acts of goods or other circumstances.

-Damage caused by improper or inconsistent with the rules of use, storage and maintenance of furniture.

-Damage resulting from repairs or alterations made to order furniture buyer.

 

 

Terms of use and maintenance of furniture

 

1. Furniture should be used in accordance with their design and purpose

2. Furniture must be used in dry, enclosed and protected from adverse weather conditions and direct sunlight. Indoor air temperature should be within 10-30 st.C and relative humidity of 40-70%. Furniture should not be set at a distance less than 1 metre from the active heaters. It is also required setting of furniture.

3. Mountain of furniture, number of parts and accessories to complement the information sheet specifies the type of furniture.

4. Furniture should be vacuumed as follows:

-A gloss-finished surfaces - only with dry and soft cloth, a matt surface can also be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner electric home with a soft brush

Delivery time

Order processing time is 2 to 6 weeks. Furniture from stock are usually delivered in faster times. Even in the same day. This is dependent on the distance of delivery. In special circumstances, for reasons not attributable to us, delivery may be extended. 1 day prior to delivery will be contacted Mr / Ms to determine the time of day. Please ensure that the delivery will be 1 or 2 people to carry furniture.





TRANSPORT

Furniture We bring our own transport. The driver has no obligation to make furniture, but this possibility has been established with the driver during delivery. Furniture which can not be made to the house / flat can be left to the responsibility of the buyer and the fees charged. So please imposition of whether a product can be made.



 

Upholstered furniture, after the delivery and unpacking, they need depending on the type, a few days to have acquired its characteristics. This is due to transport furniture to a considerable distance to the UK, from Poland.
